Why Make an Auto or Automobile Donation?

There are many different reasons as to why you might such a donation...

Usually there is a combination of reasons. In many cases the auto has become a problem in some way. Below is a compilation of reasons donors have given over the years.   The reasoning may begin with one of the following... or a combination of several reasons

 

• The auto just broke down and the repair bill is more than I want to spend.
• I was thinking about getting a new car.
• I don't want to go through the hassle of finding a buyer or having people come to my house to kick the tires.
• I am afraid that a person may give me a bad check or may test drive it and something bad occurs.
• The automobile is getting too old.
• I would love to reduce the amount of money I pay in taxes this year.
• It has been sitting too long and I finally decided to figure out a way to get rid of it.
• It was in an accident and I really don't want to drive it any more.
• It was stolen and returned but it just isn't the same any more.
• I would like to make my environment a little nicer by getting rid of it.
• I just bought a new automobile and want to get rid of this one without any hassle.
• I have too many autos and don't need this one any more.
• I found out I can donate it and benefit others in the process.
• I really want to help children with my donation so decided to donate it.

If you have any of the above reasons to donate then understand you will be helping others in the process. And in this case you would be helping a child or many children during a very traumatic moment of their life. A moment that might make a difference in how they grow up.
