When you donate or recycle your car or vehicle it will be picked up and towed to auction and sold. Below you will find very specific information about the laws, statutes or codes pertaining to title transfer as handled by the auction company. If you have any questions about your title or if you have a salvage title or a lost title you can check below.
We will send detailed instructions and the phone number for the auction company when we start the pick up process. After you receive these instructions, if you have any other questions concerning the vehicle title, you should speak with the knowledgeable people in the title department of the auction company.

Definition of a "salvage Vehicle" from the Oklahoma State Website"Salvage vehicle" means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage.
