TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Step 1: To register this award online visit the travel company website or mail the original Registration Coupon found on the bottom front to the travel company. Your registration coupon if mailed must be received within 60 days of the issue date; this will be determined by the postmark date on your envelope.

Step 2: After receiving and processing your Registration, the travel company will provide by mail a registration deposit invoice for the amount of $50. The $50 good faith refundable deposit is held until travel is completed. Your deposit check or money order must be payable to the travel company.

Step 3: Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a registration confirmation letter which will direct you to a website to submit travel dates. When selecting dates, you must do as follows:

• Select your destination
• Select your departure city from the cities offered or request help in selecting a convenient departure city, (departure cities not listed are not part of this promotional offer
but may be available for an additional fee).
• Select 3 departure travel dates, the first being at least 45 days from the date you are making your selections, the second date at least 30 days out from the first date selected
and the third date at lest 30 days out from the second date selected.
• Departure travel dates must fall on a Sunday through Wednesday.

Step 4: The travel company will issue you a Reservation Confirmation Voucher with your information and additional travel options purchased; please do not depart for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation package.

Arrivals
This promotional travel package offers year round Sunday through Wednesday departures and is based on the travel company airline and hotel availability. Availability is limited during peak seasons and major holidays which include New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Peak seasons differ from location to location. Thursday through Saturday departures, extended stays, and upgraded airline and hotel accommodations are available for a fee and must be purchased from the travel company.

Charges
Travelers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; all taxes, ground transportation, airline security fee and surcharges. Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certificate holder must submit request separately.

Documentation
All travelers will be required to provide proper identification prior to boarding. The travel company is not responsible, nor will it replace or refund any tickets due to denial of boarding for any reason. The travel company suggests you visit http://travel.state.gov for further details.

Reservation Cancellation
No refunds can be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed and no rescheduling is permitted. Responsibilities the travel company does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. The travel company assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. The travel company will make every effort to accommodate your travel date, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates when necessary.

Restrictions
This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable. Both passengers must be at least 21 years of age. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors, distributors and employees. This vacation offer expires 1 year from date of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer or travel company certificate. Hotels and airfare are subject to change and the travel company's’ availability and are restricted to specific flights, dates of travel and accommodations.

Departure cities are from most major U.S. cities. Visit the travel company website to view a listing.
Itineraries are available 14 days prior to departure. Flight schedules are at the travel company'’ discretion. Flights generally depart between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. and return between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. the travel company will select departure airport in cities where multiple airports are offered. The travel company utilizes commercial and charter airlines and will not guarantee a specific airline, route or itinerary. The travel company will utilize independent and chain tourist class and economy accommodations.

Inquiries can be made by calling the travel company. We highly recommend that you make a copy of the certificate and Reservation Coupon for your own records.

Notification
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to the travel company. The travel company is registered with the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel. No Purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract.
