Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the recent teddy bears you sent to our organization. They always go over extremely well when we have sick or injured little children. Emergency situations are very stressful to children and this gives them something to identify with and comfort them. We urge all of our crews to use them whenever they have a child patient and even when we take a child with a relative whom is a patient. We are a not-for-profit organization that takes approximately 3200 emergency calls per year. About one third of that are pediatric patients. We appreciate the teddy bears and could always use more.
