| My name is Lisa Armstrong, I am an advocate for domestic violence victims with the Malden Police Department. Some time ago your organization generously donated a box of teddy bears to our department to be given out to children who were in crisis situations. With much gratitude we accepted the donation, and have used your gift in the spirit in which it was intended. | |||
| Currently we are requesting another shipment of teddy bears, as we have depleted our previous supply. Our officers have felt that the gesture of giving these bears to kids has helped ease the trauma that children in domestic violence situations often endure. | |||
| Our budget has allotted us a small amount of money to compensate your organization for these additional bears. Please contact me if payment is required to fulfill our request. | |||
