Dear Executive Director:

The Lynchburg Police Department has received the shipment of
teddy bears that your organization so generously provided. Our
Crime Prevention Unit will be responsible for giving them to
children who are in traumatic and frightening situations.
Hopefully, these stuffed animals will help alleviate their fear
and bring them comfort.
