Dear Executive Director,

Thank you very much for the box of Teddy Bear Cops. One bear has been placed in each police vehicle and the remainder is being passed out to children that have to come to the police department for various reasons.

Additionally the Gallatin Police Department would like you to accept this check. In lieu of a gift for myself this year, the employees contributed to a fund to be sent to a needy agency. As the gift was for me, it was my decision to have the funds go to your agency to use, as you desire.
