The Teddy Bear Cops Program has achived Nationwide acclaim for their tremendously successful efforts in bringing happiness & smiles to tramautized children across the U.S.
During moments of crisis (fires, family disbutes, accidents and other traumatic incidents) emergency officials come bearing teddy bear friends to comfort children.

In my years of law enforcement, I have had to witness many tragic events. However, nothing is worse than a child having been victimized by either criminal behavior, accident, or natural disaster. Children in these situations reach out for something to grab onto, for something to comfort them. The Teddy Bear Program helps fulfill that need.
