2. What is the recycle program process?
The donation process is simple, here is a general overview:
1. You submit a recycle form.
2. We send you instructions and the towing facilities' phone number, as well as the benefits we have available.
3. You coordinate the pickup of your forklift with them.
4. You notify us that your forklift was picked up with proper documentation. And let us know which benefit you would like.
5. We send you your benefits.

4. How long does the process take?
It usually takes between 1 to 2 business days to have it picked up.

5. Where do you pickup? Do you pickup in my location?
We pickup in all major cities all over the united states with the exception of Hawaii. So unless you live in Hawaii we should be able to pickup your vehicle.
