1. What is the donation process? The donation process is simple, here is a general overview: 1. You submit a donation form. 2. We send you instructions and the towing facilities' phone number. 3. You coordinate the pickup of your forklift with them. 4. We send you a tax receipt.
2. What forklifts will you accept? We will accept most forklifts whether they run or not.
3. About how long does it take to have my forklift picked up? It usually takes between 1 to 2 business days to have it picked up.
4. When will I receive my tax receipt? As soon as your vehicle has been sold at the Towing Auction Facility and upon your request we will send you a tax receipt.
5. Are there any charges to me for having the vehicle picked up? No. Pickup is free, there is not charge to you.
6. Where do you pickup? We pickup in all major cities all over the united states with the exception of Hawaii.
