Thank you for the work you are doing. I tried several places to donate my car and found it very difficult. Your process is very easy. I know this isn't much, but I want to support law enforcement in any way I can.

The towing/auction company picked up my car today, just one day after I began the process. (I'd attempted to donate the car with a different online group, and after three weeks of back and forth, gave up.)

By the way, this is the best organized process I've seen for managing
car donations. You have all the information needed for both me and the towing company. It also appears that you've kept your cost to a minimum by using the web site (not phone numbers) and not trying to duplicate or coordinate any work either I or the tow company need to perform. I donated a car 2 years ago through a different charity but your process is far superior.

The vehicle was picked up yesterday (Oct 3) along with the signed off title and keys. Please forward a tax receipt.

The gentleman who picked it up was very professional and pleasant. I would recommend this disposal method to anyone to donate a car.

I do so hope that the sale of my Jetta will be helpful. You have been terrific getting back to me so quickly regarding any questions or concerns that I might have had. You also provided ALL the links or information that anyone could possibly need. I'd heard so many horror stories about car donations that I must admit I bordered on paranoid sometimes. I called IRS to check on you all, and you all are in good standing.

This is to confirm that the signed off Certificate of Title and keys were delivered with the vehicle.

I have verified this with your San Jose office and confirmed that they have the van in their possession . I requested a receipt from them but when I read your message closely, it looks like this statement thru e-mail with this statement is all that is necessary.

Please issue the receipt for the car donation.

My 1990 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo was picked up by the towing auction facility this morning, along with its keys and the signed Certificate of Title. Would you please send me the tax receipt? This was an extremely quick and easy process for us and we hope our donate car will benefit others. Thank you.

I am just notifying you that my car has been picked up. The Title and key were in the vehicle when it was picked up. I looked up the blue book value and it is $380. Thank you for this service, it is fast and simple. I really appreciate that my favorite old car will be used to donate a good cause.
