Just wanted to let you know that the towing company picked up the car this morning. I also wanted to comment that you have a very easy, friendly donation process. I'll certainly recommend you to anyone I know who is thinking of donating a car. Thanks,

The car I donated has been picked up by the towing company. They also got keys, and the signed off Certificate of Title. I have mailed the release of liability to California's DMV.

I am sending this email to request the tax receipt.

You have been very diligent and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend your car donation program to other people. Thanks.

Thank you. I'm not sure how you could have made this donation process any easier. The car was picked up at approx. 2 pm today. Should I request the receipt by responding to the instructions email or this email?

I am very impressed with the thorough instruction you have provided me and how quickly the association responded. I am glad that my old vehilce can still be of used to anybody that can benefit from it. My old car has given me many years of service and is well taken cared of but nothing last forever and the upkeep out weighs the overall cost.
