I'm sorry you guys weren't the first donation choice and I didn't even know you
existed. They didn't have a tow service in my area and it took about a
week to give me the big let down.I emailed you at midnight, you emailed me by 10 am, the car was picked up at 3:30 PM. UNREAL

Just turned over my car and title this AM to Towing Auction Facility. Per your instructions, I am to notify you that this has occurred. Please send a tax receipt for the donation.

A final thank you for being the most thorough organization I have ever worked with re: donations!! You are the model for how to make the donation process so easy - I will make sure to recommend that others use you, and will also keep you in mind for future donations as well. At 11:30 am PST the towing company came and picked up the car. It is now in their hands with the keys, and the signed over title. Thank you for your help and information on the donation. have a great holiday!!

This is the second time we have donated a vehicle to Teddy Bear Cops car donation, and we are very impressed with the process. Your instructions make it easy to know what to do, and your response is quick.
