TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Step 1: Register this award online at the travel company website or mail a completed original Registration Coupon found on the bottom front to the travel company. Your registration must be received within 60 days of the issue date; if mailed this will be determined by the postmark date on your envelope.

Step 2: Following a valid registration, the travel company will mail you a Registration Invoice. This invoice serves to collect the required $179 per person Port Fees, Government Taxes, Service Fees, Security Fees and are due prior to selection of and confirmation of a sailing date. The travel company requires that this invoice be paid in U.S. dollars in the form of a check, money order or cashiers check. Port Fees, Government Taxes, Security Fees and Service Fees are paid directly to the cruise line by The travel company. The Port Fees, Government Taxes, Service Fees, Security Fees are refundable up until the time of booking and confirmation of the cruise sailing.

Step 3: Upon receipt of the required Government Taxes and Service Fees a registration confirmation letter will be mailed. The registration confirmation letter will direct you to the “Choose to Cruise” travel selection Website where you will submit your preferred cruise itinerary and travel (sailing) dates. When selecting your preferred cruise itinerary and travel (sailing) dates you will be guided through the selection of:

• A preferred Port of Departure
• Preferred travel (sailing) dates (3 sailings dates are required)
• where your earliest departure date must be at least 60 days in advance
• and where each selected date must be at least thirty (30) days apart

Step 4: Upon confirmation of your cruise vacation and in advance of your sailing date the travel company will mail you your cruise documents which are supplied by the cruise line you will be sailing with. Do not depart for your cruise vacation until you have received your cruise documents.

Arrivals
This promotional cruise package offers off-peak sailing dates from the ports identified with accommodations in lower deck inside staterooms. Peak sailings differ based on Cruise Lines and itineraries but typically include all major holidays and June through August sailings. Peak season and holiday sailings along with accommodation (cabin) upgrades can be requested, however, requests are subject to the travel company's availability and a surcharge will apply. Major holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

Charges
Travelers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; gratuities, transportation, transfers, and surcharges. Cruise lines have a credit system that allows you to charge onboard which will be clearly explained in your cruise documents. You are responsible for all onboard purchases and some onboard fee based activities such as spa treatments and shore excursions. Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting travel together. Each certificate holder must submit request separately.

Documentation
All travelers will be required to provide proper identification prior to boarding. The travel company is not responsible, nor will it replace or refund any tickets due to denial of boarding for any reason. The travel company suggests you visit http://travel.state.gov for further details.

Reservation Cancellation
No refunds can be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed and no rescheduling is permitted.

Responsibilities
The travel company does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. The travel company assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. The travel company will make every effort to accommodate your travel date, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates when necessary.

Restrictions
This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors, distributors and employees. Fulfillment of this program is the sole and exclusive obligation of the travel company. This vacation offer expires 12 months from date of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date. This offer cannot be used in concurrently with any other travel offer or travel company certificate. Airfare is not included but may be purchased through the travel company. Stateroom accommodation is based on an interior category cabin. Ports of call and itineraries are subject to change. Travelers must be 21 years old to travel. Vacationers under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.

Customer Service
Customer Service inquiries can be made by calling the travel company. When calling, please have your Package Code and Certificate Number ready to help expedite service. We highly recommend that you make a copy of the certificate and Reservation Coupon for your own records.

Notification
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to the travel company. The travel copmany is registered with the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel. No Purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract.
