If it sells for $500.00 or less at auction you may deduct the fair market value under $500.00. We have found that vehicles that are in better condition sell considerably more than those that aren’t. In some cases vehicles sell for 95% of their fair market value. For example if the fair market value of the vehicle was $5000.00 and the vehicle sold for 95% of its fair market value the sale price would be $4750.00! So for those with vehicles in good condition you might benefit tremendously.

The Teddy Bear Cops Program is a charitable program where teddy bears are placed in patrol cars, ambulances, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles for children who are in distress or involved in some kind of incident. Upon arrival officials give each child their own fluffy teddy bear friend to help ease the pain and divert their attention from the present situation.
