Lost Certificate of Title I can't find my Certificate of Title! I want to donate my car though, is there anything I can do? Absolutely, you can contact your Motor Vehicle Department and arrange for a duplicate Title to be made. The turn around time varies, from one week to several. Some States have expedited services that you can use.

Car Donation FAQ

My car was in an accident and has damage. Can I still donate?

Most likely we can pick it up. However we won't know for sure until we have all the information from the donation form so please fill one out and send it to us.

My car has been paid off but I don't have a lien release. Can I still donate?

Unfortunately no, you must have a lien release in order to donate. Try contacting the bank that gave you the loan to receive a copy of the lien release.
