Car Donation Process

How does the donation process work?

The process is quite simple and goes rather quickly. Here it is step by step:

1. You submit the online donation form
2. Our email consultant emails you to let you know if we can accept your vehicle or not
3. If accepted we then submit your donation form to the towing auction facility and they send us the information for you to contact them with
4. We email you the towing auction facility contact information
5. The towing auction facility calls you to coordinate pick up
6. You leave the signed off title and keys in the vehicle and the towing auction facility comes and picks up the vehicle
7. You fill out the Tax Receipt Request form to notify us that your vehicle has been picked up with the title signed off (and free of liens) and keys
8. After the sale of your vehicle and the administrative process is complete you are sent a tax receipt
