You must have a Certificate of Title in order to donate your vehicle. However there are a few exceptions for certain states depending on the age of your vehicle. Some exceptions include: in Rhode Island for vehicles manufactured more than 10 years ago. For New Hampshire and Vermont vehicles manufactured more than 15 years ago.
