Car Donation Process
I’m in a different location from my vehicle and title, can you still pick up my car?
Yes, however you will have to mail the towing company the keys and signed off title before we can initiate the pickup. Email us to let us know and we will coordinate with you to arrange it.
I sent in a donation form but I have not received a reply. What happened?
One of several things could have happened.
- Our Auto Response or Donation Form Response was put in your junk mail folder.
- For some reason there was an error and an Auto Response or Donation Form Response was not sent out.
If you have not heard from use please send us an email and we will respond.
