Car Donation Process

I have a busy schedule and I won’t be home when the towing company comes. What can I do?

Not to worry, you don’t have to be present at the time of pickup. Just make sure that you leave the signed off title and keys in the vehicle. Also please make sure that your vehicle is in an accessible location for the tow truck to reach.

Do I need to fill out a Release of Liability form?

That depends on what State you live in. You definitely have to fill out a Release of Liability for Washington and California. Our online instructions has all the information you’ll need.
