You can decide at any time which of the following programs you would like (even after the car is picked up) and our email consultant will properly and courteously take care of your request.

At the bottom of the online car donation form you can write in which program you prefer.

Charity Car Donation Program:

This program is where you donate your vehicle to a 501 (c) (3) charity. You receive free pick up and an official tax receipt.

The noncash charitable contribution may be used by you in filing your taxes to reduce your tax liability.

To receive a tax deduction from a noncash charitable contribution you do need to itemize deductions.

The Recycling Program:

The Recycling Program is designed for those that wish to dispose of their used vehicle but do not itemize deductions or do not wish to claim the deduction on their tax return and yet would like to receive some benefit. We call this the vehicle recycling program because your vehicle will be sold and used by someone else in most cases.

This program offers certain benefits based on the value of the vehicle. This program is a for-profit program and persons using this program cannot claim the vehicle donation as a noncash charitable contribution.

Persons using this program will not receive a tax receipt from a 501 (c) (3) charity.
